What is the best way to dust / clean dirt?

I have iRobot that I run about once a week. But it does not reach high spots and congested corners, I have hand Eureka Hand help vacuum machine for corner floors and widows, what about tables and desk? What is the best product that is also economical ? I do not like use and toss kind which you have to keep on buying....
